From Peter Groenenstein to PG Paradigm
A name becomes a philosophy when experience meets purpose.
Personal transformation rarely arrives as a single dramatic moment. It more often develops through questions, setbacks, decisions and a change in how a person sees. The journey from Peter Groenenstein to PG Paradigm is that kind of story: an evolving interest in what people believe, what they feel, how they respond and the results that follow.
Dates for the PG Paradigm name and The Results Doctor title are left blank until Peter confirms them. Nothing on this page is presented as a finished biography.
- Chapter 1
The person before the title
Every professional identity begins with a real person. The chapters already published here — a childhood fascination with racing boats, an R5,000 inflatable, a last-place first race, and the 2011 move from Mpumalanga to Cape Town — are the early record. They are not retold as a new myth. They stay on My Story, the timeline and the racing website.
- Chapter 2
The questions that changed the perspective
Why can two people experience the same event so differently? Why do we repeat a behaviour even when we can see its cost? Why does knowing better not always mean doing better? Those questions are the public starting point of the PG Paradigm philosophy. The private dates and scenes behind them are still Peter’s to confirm, so they are not invented here.
- Chapter 3
Becoming PG Paradigm
PG Paradigm is a professional identity built around perspective. A paradigm is a way of seeing. When the frame changes, different choices can become visible. The year the name was adopted will be added when Peter confirms it.
- Chapter 4
The Results Doctor
The next question was not only “What is wrong?” but “What would help create a better result?” The Results Doctor describes that approach. It is not a medical title, and this page does not invent an origin date for the phrase.
- Chapter 5
Building beyond the individual
The same interest in perspective connects with conversations, learning and tools around I Seek Help International, Paradigm Profiles and Paradigm Patterns. Peter’s exact office, ownership and authorship in each of those are stated only after he confirms them. Until then, this site describes connection, not ownership.
- Chapter 6
The journey continues
The aim is not a perfect story. It is greater awareness, more intentional choices, more effective action and a willingness to keep learning.
See how the philosophy is practised.
Five plain steps, and a clear limit on what they are not.
